Terms of service.

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) outline how Danielle Jury Studio provides services and digital products.
By purchasing, signing a contract, or working with us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services We Provide

We offer:

  • Social Media Management Packages

  • Business Start-Up Plans

  • Content Calendar Subscriptions

  • Content Days & Photography

  • Coaching and Strategy Sessions

  • Digital Downloads (Workbooks, Notion Templates, etc.)

3. Payments

Payments are accepted via:

  • Stripe (subscriptions, digital products, coaching calls)

  • Direct bank transfer (for larger service contracts)

All prices are in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
Work begins only after payment has been received.

Late payments may incur a 10% late fee after 24 hours, recurring weekly until settled.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Social Media Management Packages

  • Cancellations must be made on the regular payment date.

  • If cancelled mid-month, the following month must still be paid in full.

  • Refunds are not available for partially completed months.

Business Start-Up Plans

  • Non-refundable and non-cancellable once work has begun due to the bespoke nature of the service.

Content Calendar Subscriptions

  • Charged automatically each month via Stripe.

  • 30 days’ written notice required for cancellation before the next billing date.

  • No refunds once planning for that month has started.

Content Days / Photography

  • Cancellations made:

    • 2+ weeks’ notice: full refund

    • 3 days’ notice: 50% refund

    • Less than 3 days: non-refundable

Digital Products & Templates

  • Non-refundable due to their downloadable nature.

  • If you experience access issues, contact us for support.

5. Delivery Timelines

Timelines will be agreed upon at project start.
Delays caused by lack of communication or missing materials from the client may extend delivery times.

6. Revisions

Unless otherwise stated, projects include one round of minor revisions.
Major changes or reworks may incur additional fees.

7. Ownership & Usage

Once payment is complete:

  • You own the final materials created for your business.

  • Danielle Jury Studio retains the right to display non-confidential work for marketing or portfolio use.

  • All original templates, systems, or frameworks remain property of Danielle Jury Studio.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or pause service if:

  • Payment fails or is repeatedly late

  • Communication becomes unresponsive

  • Unprofessional or abusive behaviour occurs

All completed work up to termination will be invoiced and payable in full.

9. Liability

While all work is carried out professionally and to a high standard, Danielle Jury Studio cannot guarantee specific sales, engagement, or business outcomes.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or products.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
